Hereford X Aberdeen Angus Beef

Our beef comes from Hereford X Aberdeen Angus cows that are free ranging, outdoor reared, and grass fed. We select our beef from farms in Cheshire and Lancashire. Our beef is dry aged on the bone until it has reached the perfect maturity so it will it melt in the mouth, also having the right amount of flavour. This maturing can take from 3-5 weeks, usually somewhere in between.

As we are buying full carcasses every week you can select exactly the cut your are after, wether its an oxtail for a jamaican stew, or short ribs to slowly smoke on the barbey. Fancy a bavette like you had in the south of france? Or maybe you'd like a piece of brisket to slow cook with ale, we can do it.
